playing pretty well for 2/3 doesn't mean anything when you get totally PWNED on 4-5 shifts EVERY GAME. Dallas could have easily put a couple more away on total lapses in their own zone.

part of it is the youth, no doubt, but you have some guys who just can't handle adversity well... too much over-thinking and passive play after anything goes wrong.

i can't believe how pathetic the PK has become. the Dmen seem to be afraid of contact and Mike Grier must be hurt, right? he is offering nothing.

i thought Torrey Mitchell would be one of the guys who made us better this playoff year than in past years, providing that extra dimension that Mark Smith gave on occasion and that we sorely lacked. he has been very mediocre as well.

i still wouldn't be shocked if we won a couple in Dallas and took this to 7, but a Cup run seems like a pipe dream at this point.
